Event Staffing Associate - Food Relations

As an Event Staffing Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring events run smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and assisting event guests, attendees, and vendors
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries
• Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and venue preparation
• Supporting food and beverage service operations as needed
• Managing event supplies, materials, and equipment
• Monitoring event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Assisting with guest registration, ticketing, or check-in processes
• Collaborating with event coordinators and team members to meet event objectives

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, or event support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
