Live Learning Events Manager

Kforce's client in NYC is seeking an experienced Live Learning Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid learning events. This role partners with clients, facilitators, instructional designers, and operations teams to ensure a seamless learner experience while managing logistics, stakeholder communications, project timelines, and event delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing multiple learning programs and live events in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid learning events from inception through execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learning event logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder communications
• Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, project schedules, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate facilitators, subject matter experts, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
• Manage learner registration, communications, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up
• Lead event rehearsals, dry runs, and readiness reviews
• Create and maintain facilitator guides, show flows, run-of-show documents, and event materials
• Monitor event quality and learner experience while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Track budgets, event metrics, participation data, and program effectiveness
• Resolve event-related issues and manage risks to ensure successful execution
• Support learning technology platforms, virtual meeting tools, and learning management systems
• Develop reporting and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing learning programs, training events, corporate events, or project coordination
• Experience supporting instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and enterprise learning initiatives
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience in Learning & Development, training operations, or learning services organizations
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or large corporate environments
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning operations
