Weekday Night LPN or RN Full Time Kuttawa, KY, US We are currently looking to fulfill full time openings for 6p-6a. Job Description Promote the health, wellness, and illness prevention of residents through an array of daily nursing and personal care endeavors. Responsible for handling a diverse range of tasks, including administering treatment or medications, performing clinical procedures, documenting clinical data of patients, and more. Responsibilities Ensures the care and safety of all residents in the nursing unit Ensures that individual care plans are followed Administers and documents medications, treatments, and other nursing services Makes a count of controlled substances on the assigned nursing unit Records current condition of assigned resident Receives and gives an accurate report of the resident condition at shift changeCommunicates to the nursing team and medical provider as indicated and required. Assists in the orientation of new staff Maintains competency in all the tasks needed by CMS Requirements LPN or RN Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer knowledge, PCC e-MAR experience preferred Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Rivers Bend Retirment Community
