RNA NGS Associate: Automation & QC Focus

Alltrna is seeking a scientist to support the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) core within the Molecular Biology team. The role involves executing RNA-based NGS experiments, including library preparation, sequencing, quality control, and documentation. You will operate automation platforms (KingFisher, Mantis, Biomek), evaluate QC metrics, troubleshoot deviations, maintain SOPs, and collaborate across teams to ensure sample and data integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
