About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to play a pivotal role in the development of a modern labor marketplace for veterinary care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation of a high-performing sales organization, with a focus on both activating new hospitals and providers and deepening engagement through account management programs. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in marketplace sales or B2B SMB and mid-market services, who can own the integrated revenue strategy, design effective coverage models, and build a strong operating cadence. The VP of Sales will be expected to scale GTM playbooks, build an enablement engine, and implement QA loops to ensure forecast accuracy and quota attainment. Cross-functional leadership is also a key requirement, as the role involves aligning product, marketing, finance, and data around top revenue bets. Candidates for the VP of Sales position at the company should be executive leaders with a data and unit economics orientation, capable of driving growth while maintaining a rigorous, systematic approach. The role requires a genius-maker with a strong focus on team development, and the ability to lead major organizational and process transformations.
