Job Title: Parts Product Support Representative Job Description

The Parts Product Support Representative plays a vital role in keeping customers' machinery productive by promoting and selling parts while troubleshooting minor issues. This position is perfect for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving business growth. You will manage key customer accounts, provide parts and service solutions, prepare quotes, and deliver exceptional support while identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and field service teams, you'll help coordinate orders, develop custom parts solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for creating value for customers through innovative aftermarket products and services.

• Promote and sell parts to keep customers' machinery productive.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and provide exceptional customer support.
• Manage key customer accounts and prepare quotes for parts and service solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop custom parts solutions.
• Coordinate orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and field service teams.

• Knowledge of heavy equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Technical aptitude and mechanically inclined.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Mathematical skills including mark up, margin, and discounts.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience working with purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, and other departments.

This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
