Program Analyst Journeyman/Senior

The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of a Program Analyst (Journeyman/Senior), supporting PMA-231, the E-2/C-2 Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office. Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education. The Location: Patuxent River, MD The Work Environment: On-Site. The Description: Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSA. Provide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as required. Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports. Prepare reports and projections based on financial data. Forecast project future expenditures. Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets. Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions. Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis). Ability to work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Effective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slides. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: Active DoD Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret. Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in finance, or accounting (desired). Journeyman Level: At least five (5) years of experience performing the functional duties for this position. Senior Level: At least ten (10) years of experience performing the functional duties for this position. Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP. Travel: On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
