Description Specialization: Emergency Medicine Job Summary: Medical Director – Emergency Medicine HCA/Methodist Healthcare – Fredericksburg, TX Methodist Healthcare System is supporting recruitment for a Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as site Medical Director in Fredericksburg, Texas, which is in the beautiful hill country and just an hour north of San Antonio, Texas. HCA Hospital Base Services/Methodist Healthcare and its affiliated hospitals in San Antonio are seeking a full-time Medical Director of Emergency Medicine to lead its well-established and highly regarded emergency medicine program. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide physician leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction within one of South Texas’s premier healthcare systems. The Medical Director will work collaboratively with hospital administration, medical staff leadership, and Methodist system leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing clinical excellence, physician engagement, and operational performance across the emergency medicine programs.
