Are you ready to build a business of your own?
The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Madison, Greensboro, or a nearby area.
As an agency owner, you’ll build a client base, lead your own team, and establish a strong presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office.
This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Your income will be based on commissions and business performance.

Responsibilities
- At least one active Georgia insurance license: Property Casualty or Life Health (willingness to obtain the additional required license with our support)
- Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or a customer-facing role
- An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence prospecting for new business and following up with potential clients
- Ability to establish and actively operate an agency in Madison, Greensboro, or a nearby area
Requirements
