As a key member of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to share your passion for luxury skincare while driving education, engagement, and sales at Cos Bar Aspen . We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in prestige beauty sales, a passion for skincare and wellness, and a talent for delivering elevated client experiences. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with both customers and retail partners. Responsibilities Confidently and authentically communicate the Augustinus Bader brand story, heritage, and innovative skincare technology. Educate customers and retail associates on product benefits, ingredient technologies, and personalized skincare routines. Drive sales through luxury consultations, product recommendations, and exceptional service experiences. Meet established sales goals while working independently in-store. Build and maintain strong relationships with Cos Bar leadership and associates. Support product knowledge and brand awareness through ongoing education. Comfortable performing mini skincare consultations and product demonstrations on the sales floor. Maintain merchandising standards and ensure a premium brand presentation. Submit detailed visit recaps and provide insights to support business growth and customer engagement. Preferred Qualifications Retail experience, preferably within luxury beauty, skincare, or prestige fragrance. Esthetician license or professional skincare expertise preferred. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to quickly adapt to digital platforms for scheduling, reporting, and communication. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
