Full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend positions available.

As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's treatment plan.
• Follow a care plan designed by the nurse manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor resident's conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing.
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
