Senior Real Estate Management Associate

Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Atlas Search Responsibilities Prepare monthly performance files comparing performance to investment expectations and evaluate potential upside opportunities. Assist in spreading and reviewing monthly property financials. Compile monthly actionable reports and determine resolutions to drive operational efficiency at the asset level. Assist in the annual budget process, including spreading budgets, analyzing growth trajectory, and participating in annual meetings. Manage day-to-day portfolio operations and communicate with third-party managers. Underwrite, evaluate, and prepare asset management committee memorandums for potential conversions and expansions within the existing portfolio. Collaborate with team members on ad hoc tasks and analyses as needed. Manage asset management functions for the regionally allocated portion of the portfolio. Support the transition of acquisition properties from the Investment team to the Asset Management team. Assist in acquisition and disposition due diligence processes. Handle information requests from lenders, insurers, and property managers. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in a real estate company performing financial analysis on a portfolio of multifamily properties. Strong data analysis skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
