Travel MRI Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring ARRT or ARMRIT MR advanced certification and Philips MRI experience.

Job Details

• Imaging department at a teaching hospital,
• 12-hour night shift schedule with mix of 8s and 12s, 36 hours per week,
• Shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,
• 1-2 weekends per month required,
• No on-call requirements,
• Must be flexible with scheduling,
• No block schedules permitted,

Job Requirements

• Current BLS certification required,
• ARRT or ARMRIT license with MR advanced certification required,
• License required if applicable,
• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience required,
• Teaching hospital experience required,
• Philips MRI equipment experience required,
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required,
• Prior travel experience preferred,

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of the 4 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day,
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in the area,
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April,
• Employment gaps exceeding 90 days must be explained,
• Complete work history details including bed count, EMR system, and facility type required for consideration,
• First-time travelers may be considered,
• Accepts local candidates,
• Local rate applies within 50 miles and radius rate applies between 50-100 miles
