The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM trained) for our clinic in Shelbyville, IL. Shelbyville is a quiet, rural community with its own lake, bike trails, restaurants, and an excellent school district. Position Details:

• Well established, growing practice.
• Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week. Some clinic time will be spent completing nursing home rounds in the community in addition to clinic visits.

Position Requirements:

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM or ABIM

Compensation Package Details:

Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656

Core Function: Provider Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications:

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
