We're searching for a high-energy, hands-on Service Manager who thrives in the action, loves developing people, and knows that great restaurants are built one guest experience at a time.

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000
Bonus Potential: $14,000–$20,000
Total Compensation: $84,000–$90,000+
Paid Training: 8–10 weeks of hands-on leadership development
Schedule: 45–50 hours per week with a strong work-life balance
PTO: 15 paid days annually
