Are you passionate about women's health, wellness medicine, and delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Austin Springs Women's Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to join our growing team in beautiful South Austin.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice at the intersection of Gynecology, Preventive Care, Hormone Optimization, and Medical Wellness , while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to improving the lives of women across all stages of life.

Position Summary

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to women in a busy outpatient Gynecology and Wellness practice. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering evidence-based care while helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
• Provide gynecologic and wellness-focused care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive health, wellness, hormone therapy, and lifestyle interventions
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing and laboratory results
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR (Athena)

In-Office Procedures Include (but are not limited to)

• Colposcopies
• Endometrial Biopsies
• IUD Insertions and Removals
• Nexplanon Insertions and Removals
• Biote Pellet Therapy
• GLP-1 Weight Management Services
• Preventive and Wellness Treatments
• Additional women's health and wellness procedures as offered by the practice

QualificationsRequired

• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
• Active Texas APRN license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Preferred

• Minimum of 2–3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience in Women's Health, Gynecology, Primary Care, Wellness Medicine, Hormone Therapy, or Weight Management

• Experience performing office-based procedures preferred
