CareStaff Partners seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a Travel or Local contract position at an Adult Group Home in California.

Start Date: ASAP, 7a - 3p Sun, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat
Hours Per Week: up to 40 hours, no GTD
Required License/Credentials: RBT Certification and In-Person CPR Training
Pay Package: $25-37 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements:
2 years experience in behavioral health services (e.g., TSS/BHT).
Completed 40-hour RBT training. Coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field. Registered Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 direct service using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) in family homes, schools, and community settings. They apply individualized treatment while engaging with children and letting their personality shine.
