Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a well-established law firm in Miami, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in Personal Injury law. Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation
• Manage and maintain case files, records, and legal documents
• Draft, organize, and electronically file pleadings and court documents
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed
• Coordinate court dates, deadlines, depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Manage attorney calendars and scheduling
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
• Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and other litigation-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Prior personal injury litigation experience required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
