Job Description Job Description Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Pelvic Health Location: Fort Worth, TX Type: Contract | 13 Weeks : Travel assignment Shift & Schedule: Day Shift (Flexible Start Times) | Monday–Thursday 9-Hour Shifts | Friday 4-Hour Shift Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Pelvic Health for an exciting Travel or Local job in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide pelvic health therapy interventions in outpatient setting Perform therapeutic exercises and functional rehabilitation treatments Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery techniques Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation teams Maintain compliance with clinical and documentation standards Provide compassionate patient-centered care Qualifications Minimum 1 year of current outpatient hospital OT experience within the last 3 years required Pelvic Health experience required Must be able to work independently without mentorship Strong patient assessment and rehabilitation planning skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to manage outpatient caseload independently Degree in Occupational Therapy required Texas Occupational Therapy License required BLS Certification required For more details contact at View email address on click.appcast.io or Call / Text at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
