We seek to fill a Workday Inventory Functional Business Analyst role in Boston, MA The ideal candidate is a Boston, MA resident with full-lifecycle ERP implementation experience, strong knowledge of the Workday Inventory module, and experience with requirements gathering, business process documentation, and testing coordination. Workday certification and healthcare industry experience are preferred. Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Workday Inventory Functional Business Analyst to support a major Workday ERP transformation for a large, nationally recognized healthcare organization. Position Description: This role will support the full implementation lifecycle, including business process design, system configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. The Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, and system integrators to support the successful implementation and adoption of Workday inventory processes and related integrations. Position Responsibilities: Gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements Facilitating future-state workflow and business process discussions Supporting configuration workbook development and review Reviewing integration requirements and design documentation Gathering reporting and analytics requirements Supporting data conversion planning, validation, and readiness Developing end-to-end test scenarios and scripts Coordinating system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing Tracking defects and supporting resolutionParticipating in cutover planning, readiness assessments, and go-live preparation Providing functional support during hypercare and stabilization Supporting training, change management, and continuous improvement activities Required Qualifications: Full-lifecycle ERP implementation experience Strong knowledge of the Workday Inventory module and configuration Inventory business process knowledge Requirements gathering and business process documentation Testing coordination and defect management Data conversion and reporting requirements Cutover planning, production support, and hypercare Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills Desired Qualifications: Workday certification Healthcare industry experience Details: Job Title: Workday Inventory Functional Business Analyst #J-18808-Ljbffr HRUCKUS LLC
