Housing Navigator for Community Health
Cornerstone Family Healthcare
Cornerstone Family Healthcare is seeking a Housing Specialist to join their team in Newburgh, NY. This full-time position involves working with clients to develop housing plans and providing necessary services for those facing housing challenges. Candidates must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and experience in HIV/AIDS, behavioral health, or substance use.
