** Position Summary **

An established Florida law firm is seeking a Bilingual Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for its Miami office.

The ideal candidate has recent Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and can effectively manage cases through all phases of litigation.

** Responsibilities **

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery, and other legal documents
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Manage litigation calendars and court deadlines
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• File documents electronically in Florida state and federal courts
• Maintain case files and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
• Provide responsive service to English- and Spanish-speaking clients

** Qualifications **

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Recent Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
• Experience managing litigation files through resolution
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and related legal documents
• Knowledge of Florida court procedures, e-filing, and litigation deadlines
• Strong organizational, written communication, and case-management skills
