Job Summary The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In case of wait times, they quote accurate wait times and answer guest questions. Responsibilities Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders) Maintain safety and sanitation standards (front door, host desk, lobby, crowd control) Learn restaurant seating layout, table division, and food delivery processes Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently as per P.F. Chang's standards Learn curbside and takeout procedures Perform side-work as required for each shift Requirements No previous experience required; training provided Excellent customer service skills and etiquette Ability to follow sanitation and safety practices Effective communication with coworkers and guests Flexibility to work various shifts Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment Why Work With Us?
