Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate and oversee logistics operations. Provide coaching, development and training to logistics employees. Act as primary liaison with third‑party logistics carriers. Manage warehouse and delivery activities for the Chicago branch. Maintain warehouse financial standards by monitoring operational best practices and efficiency. Ensure safety goals and compliance with 100% accuracy. Coordinate domestic and international air, sea and land logistics operations to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective and compliant movement. Support the Logistics Manager in meeting goals concerning on‑time delivery, quality, and expenses. Lead logistics and inventory control operations at the Indianapolis facility. Administer policies, procedures, training, reporting and best practices for the operations department.
