Position Summary

We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Caregivers . In this role, you’ll provide essential support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities. Whether you're helping with daily tasks, supporting social engagement, or ensuring health and safety, your work will have a lasting and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (dressing, meals, etc.)
• Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and basic health monitoring
• Support clients in community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• Encourage and promote independence and skill-building
• Maintain clear documentation of services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving or DSPD experience is a plus, but not required —we provide training!
• Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation
• Position includes working with clients in Layton and Ogden Area
• Position is part-time and evening and weekend shifts are required
