Your day will kick off at 8:00 am, where you’ll dive into answering customer inquiries, providing solutions, and troubleshooting product-related issues. Each interaction is an opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and deliver exceptional service! You'll also collaborate with team members to share insights and practices, enhancing our collective performance.Expect to manage customer accounts, process orders, and follow up on inquiries throughout the day, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Your schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm—perfect for work-life balance while keeping you energized for a productive week ahead. What you need to be successfulTo thrive as a Full Time Customer Service Representative at Able Industrial Products Inc., you'll need a dynamic skill set and a positive attitude! Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, as you'll use it for everything from managing communications to organizing customer information. Familiarity with MRP systems is a plus, giving you an edge in efficiently processing orders and inventory management.Having a background in manufacturing is also highly beneficial, as it will help you better understand our products and the specific needs of our customers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be crucial for building rapport and addressing concerns effectively.
