We’re growing our door-to-door sales team and looking for an experienced D2D salesperson who’s ready to lead from the front.

\n

⚠️ DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

\n

We will ONLY be interviewing candidates with previous door-to-door sales experience.

\n

This is not a desk-management position. We need a proven salesperson who can get in the field, generate business, demonstrate the process, motivate new reps, and teach them how to succeed.

TRAINER COMPENSATION

\n

10 or fewer weekly installs

\n

• $130 per standard installation

\n

• $150 per installation with ADAS

\n

11+ weekly installs

\n

• $150 per standard installation

\n

• $170 per installation with ADAS

\n

Hit the higher tier and that rate applies to ALL qualifying installs for the week.

\n

\n

TRAINER BONUSES & OVERRIDES

\n

$1,000 Training-Success Bonus

\n

Earn $1,000 for each trainee who reaches 9+ qualifying installs per week for 4 consecutive weeks within their first 90 days of field training.

\n

$250 Trainee Milestone Bonus

\n

Earn $250 every time one of your trained reps reaches another 50-install milestone and earns their $1,000 milestone bonus.

\n

$20 OVERRIDE PER INSTALL

\n

Earn an additional $20 override on qualifying installs completed by your trained team members.

\n

\n

WHAT YOUR REPS CAN EARN

\n

Our Sales Representatives can earn:

\n

• $100–$170 per qualifying installation , depending on weekly volume and ADAS

\n

• $1,000 bonus every 50 completed installations — NO CAP

\n

• $5,000 Golden Goose Bonus for completing 60+ qualifying installations in a calendar month

\n

• Additional daily, weekly, seasonal and company-approved incentives

\n
