Director, Digital Tech Transfer & Knowledge Management

Leadership role directing digital technology transfer and process knowledge management initiatives across global biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Responsible for defining strategic vision, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering integrated digital solutions that enable compliant, data-driven manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion strategic vision and roadmap for digital tech transfer and Process Knowledge Management
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary team of product analysts and process specialists
• Oversee complete lifecycle of digital manufacturing products from concept through deployment and improvement
• Drive integration strategy for disparate data sources to create cohesive process knowledge ecosystem
• Ensure all digital solutions meet GxP regulations and internal quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Proven track record supporting technology transfer and receiving-site readiness
• Product management or strategic program leadership experience with large-scale digital products
• Strong leadership capabilities managing technical and cross-functional teams
• Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, tech transfer, MES, SCADA, and related systems
• Demonstrated ability implementing and scaling AI in regulated environments
