Job Description

• Support new product development and prototype builds
• Transition designs into manufacturable processes
• Conduct testing to ensure proper product performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Repair or replace defective components
• Perform routine equipment and system maintenance
• Support production operators and manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with engineers to improve system performance
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Follow safety standards and operational protocols

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• HS diploma required; technical degree preferred
• Experience in mechanical or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
• Certified soldering experience required
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented with hands‑on technical ability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic machining skills are a plus
