This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, equipment, materials, and jobsite logistics to ensure projects run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch trucks, equipment, and drivers to jobsites Schedule daily hauling activities and monitor production needs Communicate with field crews, Project Managers, and Superintendents Track deliveries, equipment movements, and jobsite requests Maintain accurate dispatch logs and records Assist with scheduling and resolving logistical issues as they arise Qualifications 2+ years of experience in dispatching, construction operations, trucking, or logistics Experience supporting site development, excavation, utility, or heavy civil projects preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and field personnel Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Stable workload with a growing contractor Health insurance and comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Team-oriented work environment with long-term career potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
