We are a transportation and logistics company with over 30 years of industry experience, responsible for keeping hundreds of commercial vehicles on the road across multiple states. Our drivers, customers, and operations teams rely on a fleet that is properly registered, compliant, and ready to move at a moment's notice.

We are seeking a Registration and Titling Specialist to serve as a key member of our vehicle operations team. In this role, you will manage vehicle registrations, title transfers, license plate renewals, and compliance documentation while partnering with fleet managers, operations leaders, state agencies, and vendors. Your work will play a direct role in supporting the efficiency of our growing fleet and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle registrations, renewals, title transfers, and plate management for fleet vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records for trucks, trailers, and company-owned assets.
• Monitor registration and renewal deadlines to ensure fleet compliance.
• Coordinate with state agencies, vendors, and internal departments regarding vehicle documentation.
• Manage title paperwork for newly acquired and disposed fleet assets.
• Track permits, tags, and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Research and resolve registration, titling, or compliance issues.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of all fleet documentation.
• Support fleet expansion initiatives by ensuring new vehicles are properly registered and operational.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vehicle registration, titling, fleet administration, transportation, logistics, automotive, or related administrative functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience working with vehicle records, licensing, compliance, or regulatory documentation a big plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical processes.
