We are seeking a dedicated, contract-based speech-language pathologist for an onsite position, working closely with students and educational teams. This contract runs through May 2027, providing a consistent, rewarding opportunity to empower student success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia SLP License
- Current GaPSC Teaching Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Commitment to delivering services onsite (no teletherapy option)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred, but new grads with required credentials are welcome
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to support student outcomes
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with communication disorders (caseload details to follow)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
- Deliver direct therapy to students in accordance with individual needs and plans
