Overview Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic – U.S. Army (Entry-Level, No Experience Needed). Enlistment is required for this position. Full-time | Part-time | Paid Training | U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Required. Responsibilities Maintain wheeled vehicles, trailers, and material handling equipment systems. Inspect, service, repair, replace, adjust, and test vehicle components and systems. Service automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, starters, and charging systems. Perform wheeled vehicle recovery operations. Helpful Skills Interest in auto mechanics and industrial arts. Enjoy physical work. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems. Interest in automotive engines and how they work. What We Offer Pay: $40,000–$80,000 per year. Bonuses: Up to $40,000 cash bonus depending on qualifications.
