Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a Dietary Aide at ISH Dining Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food distribution, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals : Assist with meal preparation, food presentation, and serving patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment : Ensure that all food service areas are clean, safe, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with food distribution : Delivers meals and snacks to patients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with the culinary team : Work closely with the cooking staff to prepare and serve meals that meet the dietary needs of our patients.
• Maintain accurate records : Accurately record patient meal intake, food temperatures, and any special requests.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in food service or healthcare environment preferred
