Store ManagerAs a Store Manager at Subway, you are the driving force behind our store's success. You will lead a high-performing team and oversee daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience while hitting key performance indicators such as sales growth, productivity, food cost, Quarterly REV scores, cash control, inventory accuracy, and more. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our store remains profitable, operationally sound, and community engaged.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and reward outstanding team members. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement. Ensure open communication and timely feedback across all levels.Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee high-quality food preparation, service, and store maintenance. Enforce safety and food hygiene standards in line with local and national codes. Manage cash control procedures and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.Performance Management: Drive sales growth and maximize profitability by monitoring productivity and food cost percentages. Achieve and exceed Quarterly REV scores by making data-driven decisions. Maintain precise inventory levels and control systems.Marketing & Community Engagement: Lead local marketing initiatives and community outreach programs to enhance store visibility and guest engagement. Support the execution of national marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring the store is fully prepared for each window.Special Projects & Administrative Duties: Plan and execute special events and promotions within budget and on deadline. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in computer operations and point-of-sale systems. Sound understanding of inventory management, cash control, and scheduling. A results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements. Store managers must be flexible to work any shifts as required by store / company needs, including days/mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
