Learning and Development Program Manager

Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time remote Learning and Development Program Manager will oversee training initiatives, analyze performance data, and enhance organizational effectiveness across various learning programs. Key responsibilities Coordinate with clients and third-party providers to develop and maintain learning programs for safety and technical training Analyze performance data to identify trends and create action plans that enhance value for both the client and the organization Manage training assignments in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure compliance with safety training requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human development, organizational management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in Training and Development or learning systems management Proven experience in designing adult learning programs using various instructional design models Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess learning gaps and design effective solutions Experience with LMS administration, preferably with Corner Stone OnDemand
