Communications Assistant - Entry Level

About the Position Pacific Horizons Group is looking for a motivated and personable Communications Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This is an immediate-start, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and supporting day-to-day communication initiatives within a collaborative business environment. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day internal and client-facing communication activities. Help prepare informational materials and written communications. Provide timely updates to team members regarding ongoing activities. Help ensure information is communicated clearly and accurately. Assist with preparing presentations, handouts, and other business materials. Participate in team meetings and professional training sessions. Maintain a professional and organized work environment. Support other communication and administrative projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Professional and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively with a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
