Looking for an Insurance Account Manager to join our small, close-knit office team. This position works directly with business owners and personal insurance clients to manage their insurance policies and provide ongoing customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service business and personal insurance policies
• Process policy changes, renewals, and other policy-related requests
• Assist clients with basic claims-related questions and communication
• Support the team with sales and new-business activities
• Maintain accurate client and policy information
• Provide professional, responsive service to clients
• Work as part of a small office team in a collaborative environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through with clients (using the computer to help!)
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required
• A state insurance license is required within 60 days of employment to remain in the position

Compensation:

• $15/hour while unlicensed
• $20/hour once the required insurance license is obtained
• Hourly increases and commission opportunities available once licensed.
