  What You'll Do: \n

\n

• Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines\n
• Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently\n
• Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by the regional or management\n
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives\n
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards\n
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits\n
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures\n
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care\n

\n

Qualifications: \n

\n

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice\n
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting\n
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills\n
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance\n
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality\n
