2nd Shift CNC Production Supervisor Stevensville, Michigan (Onsite) Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM Company Manufacturing is seeking a hands‑on CNC Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift machining team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily CNC operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met while supporting and developing team members. Key Responsibilities Supervise CNC machine operators and production activities on 2nd shift Monitor production schedules and ensure on‑time delivery Maintain quality standards and address production issues quickly Promote and enforce workplace safety practices Train, coach, and support team members for continued growth Troubleshoot machine and workflow issues to improve efficiency Complete daily production reporting and approve weekly timecards Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3–5 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills Bilingual English/Spanish; comfortable using translation tools if not bilingual Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and obtain lift truck certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
