We’re seeking a Hospice Business Development Liaison to grow referral relationships, expand hospice awareness, and connect patients with compassionate end‑of‑life care in the Las Vegas area. What You’ll Do Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare partners. Drive hospice referrals through outreach, presentations, and education. Leverage healthcare sales experience to develop new business opportunities. Serve as a trusted hospice resource for referral sources. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions. Track outreach activity and referral growth. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of healthcare sales, business development, or referral outreach experience. Hospice, home health, or senior care experience preferred. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills. Experience using CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory. Requirements Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License. Valid Auto Insurance. HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.
