Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in the medical field and 3 years in the oil and gas industryproving that you dont need an insurance background to build a successful career helping others. We opened our first State Farm office in September 2019 and expanded with a second location in May 2023, a reflection of our teams dedication and strong growth. Across our two offices, we currently have 8 team members5 in our legacy office and 3 in our new MOA location. Our culture is fun, competitive, and family-oriented. We work hard, support each other, and make sure everyone feels valued and at home. Team members enjoy meaningful benefits, including a life insurance policy paid for by the agency, as well as disability and hospital income coverage (if eligible). We also offer paid time off, flexibility for those with families, and plan to introduce a retirement program soon. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Shank - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
