Sr. HR Business Partner

Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Mulberry, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and consultative HR support to business leaders and employees. This role partners closely with leadership to drive people strategies that support business objectives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide consultative support for talent management and development. Enhance organizational effectiveness. Engage in workforce planning. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR‑related matters. Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed. Support and guide leaders on performance management, coaching, and development. Lead or support initiatives related to succession planning. Drive change management initiatives. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on programs related to compensation, benefits, recruiting, and learning. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and affirmative action plans where applicable. Lead or contribute to HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity. Strong experience in employee relations and HR consulting / business partner roles. Experience in talent management. Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
