Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and families. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values. Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development activities. Educating families on managing care at home and post-discharge needs. Working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills RN licensure with a minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred. Preferred: 2+ years of pediatric transport or critical care experience.
