- Implement the team's lead-generation strategies on a consistent weekly basis
- Host at least two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting efforts and incoming leads into qualified buyer appointments
- Engage in team activities while upholding established team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Guide buyers through the purchasing process, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and match them with suitable properties
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers while advocating for buyer interests
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using the team's technology tools
- Driven sales professional with a competitive mindset and a strong commitment to achieving results
- Skilled at building relationships, actively listening, and matching clients with effective solutions
- Experienced and confident in prospecting and generating new leads
- Comfortable addressing objections and guiding conversations toward positive outcomes
- Clear, professional communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Collaborative team player
- Active real estate license required
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Growth-oriented, coachable, and committed to continuous learning
- Highly organized and able to manage priorities effectively
