Financial Analyst (Contract) Location: Chaska, MN (Onsite training; Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $41 Per Hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Local candidates only Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support Finance leadership with monthly reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting activities. This is a temporary role focused on manual reporting processes and data analysis during monthly and month-end close cycles. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience reviewing financial statements such as P&L reports. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with monthly and month-end financial reporting activities
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from Finance leadership
- Perform financial analysis to support modeling and business forecasting
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize data for operating forecasts
- Input and manage financial data across internal systems
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
- Identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in financial data
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 2-5+ years of finance or accounting experience
- Experience in R&D and/or manufacturing environments preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Solid understanding of financial statements, including P&L analysis
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Required onsite during initial training period
- Hybrid schedule thereafter (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Reports directly to Finance leadership
