Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney - Atlanta

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Packaging Solutions Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined sales territory. This role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing packaging solutions that improve customer performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in consultative B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand customer needs while delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build trusted partnerships with customers through regular communication, onsite visits, and a strong understanding of their business needs.
• Evaluate customer packaging requirements and recommend solutions that support operational goals, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop account strategies focused on customer retention, growth opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement by understanding market trends, customer challenges, and competitive activity.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and meetings, including travel to multiple customer locations each week.
• Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and other activities that support business growth.
• May lead coordination efforts among internal teams supporting key customer accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a packaging-related business-to-business environment.
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop prospects, and drive revenue growth through a proactive, results-oriented sales approach.
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide value-driven solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Travel Requirements

This position requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory, including customer visits and industry events. Travel may account for approximately 50% or more of the role.
