Energy Center-Manhattan PoolFull-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionAbout the OpportunityEnergy Center-Manhattan Pool has been serving homeowners for more than 25 years, designing and building custom in-ground swimming pools throughout the communities we serve.We are looking for an experienced, relationship-focused Inground Swimming Pool Sales Consultant to guide customers from their initial consultation through the sale and project handoff.This is a consultative sales position. Rather than simply selling a product, you will help homeowners evaluate their property, priorities, budget, pool options, equipment, and features to develop the right solution for their home.Learn more about us at: You'll DoMeet with prospective customers for on-site consultationsUnderstand each customer's goals, property conditions, priorities, and budgetRecommend appropriate pool types, designs, equipment, features, and upgradesPrepare and present detailed estimates, proposals, and contractsClearly explain project scope, pricing, timelines, and next stepsFollow up consistently with prospective customers throughout the decision-making processMaintain accurate records of leads, customer communication, and sales pipeline activityCoordinate with design, construction, scheduling, and service teams to ensure an accurate project handoffMaintain strong customer communication as projects progressDevelop new opportunities through referrals, networking, community relationships, and prospectingMaintain current knowledge of pool products, construction methods, equipment, and industry trendsRepresent Energy Center-Manhattan Pool professionally at customer homes, events, and other business activitiesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious outside sales or consultative sales experienceExperience in swimming pools, residential construction, remodeling, home improvement, outdoor living, or a related industry is preferredStrong relationship-building and customer service skillsAbility to understand technical information and explain it clearly to homeownersConfidence presenting proposals and discussing project costsStrong follow-up, organization, and time-management skillsComfortable managing multiple prospects at different stages of the sales processSelf-motivated and able to work independently in the fieldComfortable using basic computer systems; CRM experience is a plusValid driver's license and ability to meet the driving requirements of the positionCompensation & BenefitsExpected Total Compensation: $60,000-$70,000+, based on performanceUncapped commissionCompany vehicle provided for work useCompany-provided sales leadsCompany vehicle provided for work useHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with 3.5% company matchPension planPaid Time Off (PTO)Life and disability insuranceEmployee discountsCompany-provided sales leads, along with opportunities to develop additional businessProduct, sales, and industry trainingSupport from an established construction and operations teamOpportunities for professional growth and advancementJoin Our TeamThis position is well suited for someone who enjoys combining relationship-based sales with residential construction and design.
