Now Hiring: Clinical Therapists – Central Ohio We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Clinical Therapists to join our behavioral health team in Central Ohio. Whitehall – 1115 S Hamilton Rd Columbus – 3409 E Broad St Reynoldsburg – 6895 E Main St What You’ll Do You’ll provide person-cantered, strength-based clinical services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, including: Individual and group therapy Case management and crisis intervention Treatment planning and clinical documentation Care coordination and referrals Community resource connection Recovery and wellness support Collaboration with other providers and community partners Our programs provide a continuum of behavioural health services, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric, and medication-assisted treatment. Qualifications Candidates must have a relevant degree and an active Ohio license/certification, including: Valid Ohio Driver’s License and automobile insurance BCI/background and compliance checks required Early-career/“green” counselors may be considered Salary Range Compensation varies based on licensure and experience: LCDC II / III: $50,000–$57,500 Bachelor’s LSW: $60,000–$67,500 LPC / Master’s LSW / LICDC / LICDC-CS: $65,000–$72,500 LISW / LPCC: $70,000–$80,000 LPCC-S / LISW-S: $75,000–$83,500 $2,500 after 1 year Our team is committed to compassionate, evidence-based, person-centered care and helping individuals build meaningful connections within their communities.
