Compensation:

This is a full-time, hourly position
The rate of pay is dependent on experience ($24-$30/hr)
Overtime-Eligible
Benefits Eligible: 65% paid family health insurance, dental, paid life insurance, paid short & long-term disability, FSA, dependent care benefits, 401k with company match, and paid time off

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Has minimum 2 years painting experience
Ability to communicate in English
OSHA 10 or willingness to get
Reliable transportation
Smartphone or mobile device
Ability to lift 25 lbs., climb ladders
This position reports to Kaloutas Project Foreman

Expectations:

Consistently arrives to jobsite on-time
Experience in commercial painting
Brings own tools to job site
Treats co-workers with respect
Completes timesheet every Friday
Checks phone and returns calls and emails within 24 hours
Completes all required safety training
Great attitude, likes to work hard
